Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer standard shipping (3-7 business days) and expedited shipping options (2-3 business days) through reliable carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $100.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Delivery Times

  • Continental US: 3-7 business days
  • Alaska and Hawaii: 5-10 business days
  • Remote areas: 7-14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as weather conditions and carrier delays may occasionally occur.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.

Multiple Item Orders
Items from the same order may ship separately if they are coming from different warehouse locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional cost.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been processed for shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately through our online contact form. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us through our website form for possible arrangements.
